? responsible f grinder fixture maintenance job 负责磨床和夹具的保养并可进行简单故障的排除
? grinder the parts sent by tool maker负责根据冲压模修技术员的要求加工送过来的待加工工件
? perfming optimization wk (oee, quality target)with stamping engineer 执行冲压工程师安排的工作
? shift wk accding to company production plan 根据生产计划进行轮班工作
? ensures a safe clean wking environment确保一个安全清洁的工作环境即5s


qualification requirement任职资格要求：
? me than high school degree高中以上学历
? responsibility, detail , best ution有责任感，细心有耐性、执行力佳
? familiar with the perfmance of material .熟悉磨削加工常用的材料的性能
? me than 3 years of experience in as a grinder. 三年以上独立操作磨床经验，能熟练地对钨钢进行圆弧和斜度的磨削
? be able to read the cad drawing. 具备独立的理解cad图纸的能力
? be able to operate the lathe the driller 可以操作车床及钻床
? chinese fluent中文流利
? basic english communication 简单工作英语交流
