工作职责：

-车间事务规划与管理；

-生产计划与交货期保证；

-管理人员储备与培训；

-月度员工工作考核与评定；

-生产效率提升与成本控制；

-生产流程制定与监督执行；

-生产过程中废弃物的分类与管控；

-上级领导安排的其它工作；

岗位要求：

-知识技能：具有PTH/SMT的管理知识，具有较强的沟通与协调能力，具有相关的法规知识，熟悉公司各方面的基本情况。

-工作经历：从事相关工作五年以上。

-所需学历：大专。

-熟练掌握化学品管理规定；

-熟练掌握化学品泄露/火灾应急预案；

-清楚该岗位所产生的重要因素及其控制方法；

-清楚违反操作规程给环境带来的影响

-清楚相应MSDS要求；

-有ISO9000及ISO14001内审员资格证优先。
