1.岗位要求
1) 普通话标准，英语口语良好，有良好的商务礼仪常识；

4) 熟练使用office办公软件及自动化设备。
2.岗位职责：
1) 公司来访客户、面试人员的接待工作；
2) 公司电话、传真、文件、快递等物品的收发、登记与整理等；
3) 公司酒店的预订工作；
4) 小件办公用品、劳保用品的领用及登记工作；
5）协助会议室预约；
6) 饮用水管理；
7) 废旧物品出售；
8) 上级领导交办的其它工作。

Job Description:
1. Job Requirements
1) Standard spoken Chinese, fluent in oral English, good sense of business etiquette;
2) Work carefully, organized, have communication and coordination ability, good affinity;
3) Positive and active, strong service consciousness;
4) Familiar with office software and automation equipment;

1) Receiving and greeting visitors in a professional way;
2) Responsible for answering phone calls, delivery of letters and curriers;
3) Hotel booking according to company’s regulations;
4) Office supplies distributing and recording;
5) Meeting Room arrangement based on applications;
6) Drinking water management;
7) Deal with the affairs of selling out for junk
8) Involve any project assigned by his/her direct report
