role summary
- design mechanical structure of automotive part (most electronic switch parts) including enclosure internal structure/interconnection.
- participate in identifying, planning, developing conceptual designs
- calculate simulate to verify the mechanical design, including strength analysis, tolerance chain analysis, etc.
- make 3d models 2d drawings
- provide technical specifications f outsourcing parts
- analyze solve product problems f products in field
- prototype testing validation – demonstrate that design wks as intended
- interact intensively with internal team external team
- communication with customer/supplier to underst/clarify technical issues

your profile:
- advanced product design application experience with focus in automotive electronic part
- excellent theetical knowledge of mechanical design, including calculation simulation skills.
- excellent skill to use cad tools, such as catia pro/engineer
- good knowledge of material technology manufacturing process
- knowledge of engineering tools (qfd, fmea, fea, doe.) will be plus
- electro-mechanical cooperative experience
- written verbal english skills desirable
- be proactive, take acability result-iented.
- good project management skills helpful
- good presentation communication skills with strong focus at customers
- proven ability to wk independently in a dynamic wk environment to strive f solid results by collabation with colleagues from different background

required education experience:
- bachel degree above in mechanical engineering, material engineering equivalent
- 5 - 7 years automotive electronic design experience is required f this position
- good english for technical communication
