Main responsibilities主要职责:
? Responsible for home and building technical equipment (mechanics) 负责房屋及建筑的技术设备（机械）
? Participate in the planning / performance specifications in the preparation of equipment and special machines 参与设备和特殊机器规划和性能规范的准备
? Machine installation and approach the machine安装和调试机器
? Performing optimization work (OEE, quality target) 执行优化工作（OEE，质量目标）
? Preparation of maintenance schedules and spare parts lists准备保养计划和备件清单
? Maintenance and repair work保养和维修工作
? Work within established expense limits for projects在项目费用限额内工作
? Order tools and machinery inventory parts订购工具及机械库存零件
? Ensures a safe clean working environment确保一个安全清洁的工作环境
? Comply with Environmental Management System regulatory requirements, procedures and work instructions, and support recycling efforts
? 符合环境管理体系要求,程序和作业指导,并支持回收
? Other duties as assigned by the supervisor主管指派的其他工作


Experience经验：
College and above 大专以上学历
Mechanical Engineer with > 3 years of experience in a comparable position.
三年以上机械工程师经验

Language语言：
Chinese fluent中文流利
Technical English minimum CET4技术英文至少四级
