1.基本背景要求
Essential background requirement
1） Bachelor degree and above in electronical engineering or manufacturing technologist
2） Fundamental machine/equipment knowledge
3） Know the requirements of concerned section of TS16949
4） Good personality and open minded, excellent communication skills
2.基本技能及工作经验要求
Essential experience and professional skill requirement
1） 3 years experience in related area,previous automotive experience perferred
2） Ability to do process development
3） Ability to design fixture
4） Ability to use at least one kind of CAD software
5） Good knowledge of error proofing and lean manufacturing
6） Be familiar with automitive standards,such as APQP/PPAP/ FMEA/MSA/CP/R@R etc.
7） Familiar with continues improvement

1 Define process both new and current to ensure tht area/corporate productivity,housekeeping,quality
safety,scrap,downtime and overtime goals are met.focus on continous improvement of these areas
is paramount
2 Obtain quotes for new or changed processes and ensure effective implementation
3 Direct shop floor problem solving activities
4 Ensure production process meets all customer specifications
5 Review and update all documentation regarding the production prcess as process layout,PFMEA,
operation sheets, process illustrations, process flow charts, process flow diagrams, material handling
plan & initial capability studies. All documentation should be PPAP, compliant at all times
6 Participate in APQP teams for all processes with Cpk>1.33
7 Train all assembly and superisory personnel in the assembly process and the desired output of that
process along with the proper use of inspection gauges or data collection techniques
8 Draw and maintain tooling drawing which accurately depict the tooling being used on production line
9 Develop quotes for new tooling and assembly line modifications
10 Research new manufacturing process and technologies
11 Evaluates process and recommend purchases of capital equipment and tooling
12 Review gauges design concepts
13 Approves equipment designs prior to builds
14 Plans and coordinates larger tooling projects
15 Perform all duties in accordance with TS16949
16 Adhere all plant policies and pricedures as outline in the desktop procedures, employee handbook
and the employee norms
17 Perform other duties as required
