Main responsibilities主要职责:
1. Exercises supervisory control and direction over the departments outlined in the Organizational Chart
/ 监管及指导所负责的部门
2. Plans and coordinates the availability of resources (manpower and machinery) according to the requirements outlined by the Logistics department.
/ 根据物流部门需求来计划和协调可用的资源(人力和机械)
3. Maintain 6S on shop floor
/管理现场6S
4．Solve quality issues on products and production processes with support of quality department.
/ 通过质量部门的支持解决产品及生产工艺过程中的质量问题。
5. Ensures a sound operation of all production activities through usage of continuous improvement.
/ 通过持续改进确保所有生产活动的良性运转
6. Overall responsibility for an adequate trained staff in the supervised departments and provide the needed resources for required training.
/ 全面负责监管部门人员的培训，确保人员训练有素并提供培训所需的资源
7. Assist in the training and development of new employees
/ 协助新员工的培训和开发
8. Execution of necessary disciplinary personnel actions
/ 执行必要的纪律处分
9. Ensure the effectiveness of corrective actions and that the requirements of the Quality Assurance department are followed and achieved.
/ 确保纠正措施的有效性及质量部门的要求的执行及达成。
10. Coordinate, organize, supervise and control in proccess quality inspection ,maintain a high level of quality work product and output.
协调、组织、监督及控制过程检验，确保产品质量及产量。


Experience经验
Minimum 8 years in comparable position in a FOE.
/ 至少八年相关外企工作经验
5 years management functions in a FOE.
/ 5年外企管理工作经验
Min 3 years in average in each company
