岗位职责Job Description

1. 精益生产策划和推进 Lean Program Planning & Executing
1) 通过价值分析确定公司价值流现状，确定项目改善方向。
Fix the Improvement Direction, based on the analysis of Company Value Stream.
2) 根据对现场的观察确定改善主题，通过对浪费的识别，分析，制定改善措施，并负责跟踪实施，比如现场物流的优化、制造流程的优化、生产工艺优化，等等。
Based on the identification and analysis of the waste, fix the Improvement Subject, draft, execute and monitor the improvement measurements accordingly. For example, manufacturing process optimization, industrial engineering optimization, logistics optimization, etc.
3) 制定精益相关政策和工作流程。
Draft the Policies and Working Procedures, related to Lean Manufacturing.
2. 精益项目的日常管理 Daily Management of Lean Engineering
1) 定期组织召开现场改善活动的汇报会，对现场改善的问题进行跟踪和协调。
Organize regular reporting meeting on the lean programs.
2) 根据厂区日常改善情况，负责优秀项目和案例的收集和申报工作，建立优秀案例档案。
Build up the Data Warehouse for the lean programs.
3) 每月收集责任区域内的精益指标数据，并进行分析整改。
Deeply analyze the key figures of lean programs. Put forward problems and solutions accordingly.
3. 精益生产宣传 Promotion of Lean Engineering
1) 组织相关主题活动、竞赛；
Organize related activities, campaigns and competitions.
2) 对相关部门人员进行培训。
Organize regular training for the persons related.
4. 主管安排的其他工作。
Other assignments from direct leader.
5. 5S现场改善。
5S improvement.


任职要求Requirements

1. 大专以上学历，机械或工业工程类背景；
Junior college or above, major in Machinery or Engineering.
2. 5年以上精益生产工作经验；其中包括至少3年汽车行业工作背景；
5+ years’ experience on Lean Engineering, including 3+ years in Auto industry.
3. 熟悉TS16949和ISO14000体系；
Familiar with TS16949 & ISO14000 system.
4. 具备良好的英语沟通能力（听、说、读、写）；
Very good English skills, in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
5. 具备较高的创新能力、沟通协调能力、分析能力、问题解决能力和抗压能力；
Strong ability in creativeness, communication, analyzing, problem solving and pressing taking.
6. 良好的表达能力；
Presentation skills.
