1,First line manager for operators一线工人的直接经理
2,Make detailed capacity management plan and work closely with Order Handler to analyze customer demand vs. our capacity
编制详细的库存管理的计划，与订单处理员紧密合作分析客户需求和工厂库存
3,Make daily production plan according to customer order requirements, timely adjust plan according to customer requirement, material supply and resource availability
根据客户订单要求制定日常的生产计划，根据客户要求，材料供应和资源的利用情况及时调整计划
4,Plan, prioritize and secure the resources to execute the production plan
整合资源，保证完成生产计划
5,Ensure the production efficiency
确保生产效率
6,Secure the product quality by execution of SOP, handle deviations together with Quality team
严格执行SOP确保产品质量，与质量团队一起处理偏差
7,Drive 5S, make SOPs and audit 推行5S,制定SOP，参与审核
8,Drive performance meetings, improvement meetings and problem resolution
组织绩效会议，改善会议和问题解决方案的会议
9,Provide the team with relevant information与团队分享相关信息
10Set and follow up targets for the team and each employee 为团队以及个人制定目标，及时跟踪
11,Perform audits according to ALPC 根据ALPC实施审核


Competencies, experience and attitudes to do the job:能力，经验意见工作态度

1,Bachelor degree in engineering or mechanical background is preferred本科学历，工程机械背景优先
2,Experience in production and planning is a must有生产和计划的工作经验
3,Be a result driven leader who likes to be in the shopfloor and available to the team
