The key tasks are as following: 主要工作如下
1.New product introduction 新产品介绍
a)Working as local receiver to receive and understand all technical information from R&D in Italy
作为本地接收者从意大利的R&D研发中心接收和理解所有的技术信息
b)Plan and drive local activities to implement the new products – get everything ready for production
计划和推动本地新产品的引进，为生产做好充分准备
c)Prepare and manage drawings, specification and all related technical documents
准备和管理图纸，参数以及所有涉及到技术的文件资料
d)Create BOM and Routing (operation time) for products in ERP system
在ERP系统中建立BOM和Routing（操作时间）
e)Work closely with Sourcing to ensure the suppliers provide components or materials according to our requirement
与采购紧密合作以确保供应商提供的部件或者材料符合我们的要求
f)Provide the technical support to production
向生产部门提供技术支持

2.Local adaptation本地化
Modify or re-design the products/components in order to optimize the cost, quality or increase the possibility of localization
修改或重新设计部件,以优化成本、质量或增加本地化的可能性

3.Customer order configuration 客户订单的配置
a)Configure products based on customer specification
根据客户的规格配置产品
b)Quick response to the inquiries from Sales and provide the requested support in order to win customer orders
快速反应来自销售的产品选型以及提供技术支持以赢取客户订单


Competencies, experience and attitudes to do the job: 职位技能要求

Bachelor degree in engineering or mechanical 本科学历，工程或机械背景
Good at Solidwork or 3D CAD 擅长Solidwork 或 3D CAD
Good at the Microsoft Office software - Excel, Word, and Powderpoint. Programming macros is a plus.
擅长Microsoft办公软件
Powderpoint. Programming macros 尤佳
Experience in ERP is a must 必须有ERP经验
Good at project management with minimum 2 years’ experience 至少有2年的项目管理
Good communication skill 良好的沟通技巧
Good at oral and written English 良好的英语口语和书面理解表达能力
Strong sense of responsibility and customer orientation 强烈的责任感和以客户为导向
