Responsibilities:

？ Responsible for sales in China and exports.

？ Create and apply sales strategies and market development.

？ Development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.

？ Organize and assist international trade shows.

？ Maintains contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

？ Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.

？ Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.

Requirements:

？ Demonstrable experienceof 5or6 years asCommercial Manager/Head of Salesin theChinesemarket.

？ That has dealt with distributors, agents and / or has in China and that he/she has leaded them.

？ Knows the idiosyncrasiesof distribution inChina (not in our industry): Logistics, transportation, sales channels.

？ Native Chinese with good English.

？ Thathaspreferably worked in companies not based inChinaand he/she hasbeen the responsible for developingthe domestic market.
