Responsibility
Work with the international RD team, make both 3D&2D drawing in proe/CREO enviroment according to client’s requirement (function, aspect, installation condition, etc.)
Create detail drawings for plastic components, vacuum-forming parts & sheet metal parts.
Drawings Modification, Idea Improving, Analysis with moldflow.
Perform Tolerance Analysis on detail components design to confirm the fitting among newly designed components.
Participate in prototype making, Improvment during injection, function checking and standardization after molding.

Key Qualities Required (the point filled in blue is the “must have”)
University degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
3+ years engineering experience directly related to plastic part design area.
Excellent in ProE/CREO skill, and familiar with the moldflow. Knowing how to use family table, UDF in ProE environment is preferred.
Good written English skills. Good verbal English skills is preferred.
Have the knowledge of the injection molding, vacuum-forming, die casting, punching will be preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills
Problem solving skills
Ability to work well in a team environment.
