Job Description
- review employee claims and invoices approval to ensure comply with policy
- Input payment vouchers (employees and vendors) to AP module of the Accounting system
- weekly posting of AP sub-ledger to general ledger
- Reconcile AP sub-ledger, Analyze variance and report variance to supervisor on a weekly basis
- review weekly AP aging with supervisor on a weekly basis
- monthly sub-ledger to general ledger reconciliation
- on time filing of the AP vouchers
- Purchase invoices posting as per GRN matching procedures
- Reconcile suppliers statements and Accounting records
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments
Qualification
- University/Higher Dipolma graduate
- Able to communicate in English is an advantage
- Student of accounting body
