RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Describe important specific results that incumbent and subordinates are expected to achieve. Describe types of policies, "philosophy:, and procedures incumbent recommends or approves (indicate which). Business Management Activities:
？ To ensure sales monthly and annual target achievement of Key Chain Baby Store and A&P control.
？ Maintain account profile of Key Chain BBS.
？ Initiate key programs for Key Chain.
？ Analyze sales data for Key Chain and support National BBS Channel Manger on building up the data sharing and analytical template for both internal and external.
？ Explore the data trend and identify business gap & opportunity.
？ Complete contract negotiation for relevant Key Chain BBS.
？ Establish close relationships with Key Accounts, internal sales team who are responsible for Key Chain BBS, and distributors.

People Management Activities:
？ Influential skill on related Key Chain BBS operation team, city sales team and distributor.

REQUIREMENTS:
A. Indicate minimum amount of formal education considered necessary: Bachelor degree.
B. Describe the nature and length of experience and know-how necessary to meet job problems and challenges.

Working experience: At least,
？ Experienced in National Key Account management is preferable. And with baby store channel relevant experience preferred.
？ 5 years in modern trade management in FMCG companies & 10 years above working experience. IMF (Infant Formula Milk Powder) companies is preferred.
？ Experienced in KA or Key Chain BBS Operation and well familiar with key account daily operations.
？ Experienced in dealing with KA or Key Chain BBS HQ.
？ Experienced in managing/supervise a small group of 1~2 people.

Skills & competence:
？ Being good at data analyse.
？ Being familiar with general PC operation and excellent at key software operation (Microsoft Excel, PPT, Access), web-based system operation;
？ Excellent in written and reading English is preferred.
？ Good presentation skill/basic negotiation skill / planning Skill.
？ Basic Marketing & Trade Marketing knowledge.

？ Good communication skills

2) Energized & proactive.
3) Aggressive & willing to find out root cause.
4) Action oriented and practical.
