职位描述
Responsibility：
1.Take overall management for the production department under the authority of production director, set management process for the production department, formulate production relevant systems;
2.Make production schedule based on the production target assigned by the company, supervise the execution of production schedule, coordinate and balance the production.
3.Arrange the production tasks based on the projects and take coordination and planning for the production managers, workshop staffs, machine and facilities, security and environment etc.
4.Implement the post responsibility and working standard of each level of staffs in production department, take close communication with department of technology, quality, material control, commerce, admin & HR for working, strength the coordination with each department;
5.Fulfill each target assigned by the company of products quality, production costs, safety production and training etc.
6.Take supervision and evaluation for the working of production vice manager and production supervisor. Prevent or handle with different kinds of problems caused during production.
7.Take part in the judgment for the technology and technological process with the technology department;
Requirements：
Education: junior college or above;
Major: steel structure, architectural or mechanical majors such as civil engineering etc.
Experience: more than 8 years’ relevant working experience (Steel structure industry is preferred);
Personality: strong capability of making judgment, making decision, communicating, coordinating, making and carrying out the plan, be positive and enthusiasm and justice for everyone.
Knowledge: comprehensively know about the professional steel structure, be familiar with relevant laws and regulations, national compulsory standard, steel structure technological process and technology;
Skills: be skillful at CAD and office software.

3、贯彻落实本部门各级人员岗位职责及工作标准，密切与技术、质量、物控、采购、行政、人事等部门的工作联系，加强与部门之间的协作配合工作；
4、负责完成下达的产品质量、主管等进行工作监督考核，预防或处理生产工作中的各类问题；
5、配合技术部参加技术工艺、工艺流程等审定工作。
任职要求：
1、大专或以上学历，钢结构、工民建或机械类相关专业；2、8年以上相关工作经验（钢结构优先考虑），具有较强的钢结构专业知识，熟悉相关法律法规和国家标准，熟悉钢结构的生产加工工艺流程及技术要求；3、个人素养：具有较强的判断和决策能力，人际沟通和协调能力；积极热情，文人正直。
