Job Responsibilities:
工作职责：

1. Administration行政
- Assist to deal with issues concerning general admin., HR, canteen, cars arrangement, guest arrangement, security guard
- 协助部门经理处理日常行政，人事，餐厅管理，车辆安排，客户安排，门卫管理等事宜
- In charge of organizing company events (team building, dinner parties, travel)
- 负责组织公司活动（如员工团队活动，聚餐，旅游等）
- Audit the environment of Admin area
- 监管公司行政区域的环境卫生
- Assist to book hotel and air-tickets according the requests
- 根据需求预订酒店和机票
- In charge of Expats’ housing, transport, Passport, Visa, living situation effectively
- 有效办理外籍人员的住房、交通、护照、签证等事宜
- Update the information board monthly
- 负责月度更新信息公告栏内容

2. Training培训
- Conduct new employee training and maintain the training record and database
- 负责新员工的培训并维护培训系统和数据库的正常运作

3. Recruitment招聘
- Assist to organize the interview
- 协助安排相关的面试

4. Staffing录用/辞退
- Maintain employee filing
- 有效维护员工档案
- In charge of registration and resignation procedure
- 负责人员进出的相关手续办理
- In charge of the announcement of the new employee and organization change, etc.
- 负责新进人员，组织变更等信息的通知发放
- Assist to deal with the employee relationship
- 协助做好员工关系

5. C&B薪资福利
- In charge of the attendance and overtime statistic and report
- 负责出勤及加班的统计和报告

6. Other tasks issued by HR&Admi. Manager
人事行政经理安排的其它事宜
