工作职责

1. Preparing production schedules for manufacturing products based on sales forecast and confirmed orders.

2. Coordinates with production, supply chain, marketing department to ensure a smooth production, keep a healthy stock level and ensure an on-time delivery of products.

3. Monitors, analyzes & reports performance of production and related activities, utilizing information derived from material and production control systems.

Main Activity:

1. Creating Monthly Production Forecast based on Sales Forecast.

2. Creating &timely maintaining Hard Side Production Rolling Plan based on Sales Forecast, confirmed orders and customer buffer level.

3. Creating &timely updating Shipment plan based on confirmed orders’ due date and customer buffer level.

4. Creating &timely review the production setup /changeover plan with Supervisors /Team leaders.

5. Creating &timely review Heading Plan with Supervisors &Heading Team leaders.

6. Creating &timely updating Peening Plan based on Rolling plan /confirmed orders.

7. Weekly reports sales revenue, forecast final sales revenue based on MTD performance of production, inventory and customer consumption forecast.

8. Monitors, analyzes &reports process cycle time, and study Manufacturing Capacity.

9. Coordinates with slow moving team to dispose old inventory.

10.Plans and coordinates with PPAP team to develop Samples for customer.

11.Properly plans material flow to fulfill the requirement of lean.

Work

Experience: 工作经验

Minimum of 3 years above related experience in a manufacturing environment preferably in mechanical based in a Lean, 6 Sigma.

在制造行业有3年以上的工作经验，最好是在机械加工行业中，有精益生产和六西格玛经验。

Necessary Competency Requirement: 必要的技能要求

Knowledge concerning metals (products / raw material)

具备有关金属（产品/原材料）加工的知识

Computer skills – MS Office required 电脑操作---Office

Knowledge of bearing products ( preferred )

具备轴承制品机械相关工作经验

Knowledge of lean manufacturing 具备精益生产的相关知识

English skills (reading and speaking) 英语——读、说
