Responsibilities
1.Leads in the development and maintenance of a positive coordinated educational program designed to meet the needs of all students
2.Guides the administration team through the development,implementation,and evaluation of curriculum and instruction
3.Assumes responsibility for design and implementation of assessment to include data gathering and analysis
4.Reports to the Assistant Director and Principle staff development needs.
5.Assists in keeping all informed about the curriculum and instructional programs of the school and student achievement in the standardized tests
6.Guides development,implementation,and evaluation of orientation and in-service training programs for professional personnel
7.Works with administration in the improvement of individual staff competencies,including teacher evaluations
8.Frequently visits classrooms to observe instruction and to encourage,guide and support the faculty and principal in working toward achieving learning results
9.Performs such other tasks and assumes such as responsibilities that may be assigned by the principal

2013年我们受昆山市政府的邀请，很荣幸地将“康桥”模式引入江苏。在昆山花桥经济开发区我们即将建置一所从幼儿园到高中的十五年一贯制院校——华东康桥国际学校。我们以实验、双语、田园、创新为核心理念，将为内地学子提供“厚植东方文化、探索西方思维”的双语学习环境。

 

应聘程序及报名办法：

（一） 报名：请于2013年7月26日晚6:00前通过电子邮件、信件邮递的方式进行个人报名。需提交资料有（1）自荐信（2）报名简历（3）身份证、学历学位证、教师资格证、专业技术职称证书、普通话合格等级证书、教育教学成果证书等扫描件各一份（4）近期证件照片一张（5）能够反映本人工作能力、教学水平的其他资料。

（二） 初审：7月31日公告参加考核人员的名单；公布考核内容、范围及具体考核日期。

（三） 考核：8月5日——8月9日

（四） 公告拟聘名单及体检通知书：8月12日

（五） 体检：8月13日——14日

（六） 呈交体检结果：8月21日18:00前

（七） 公告录取名单：8月23日

（八） 签订聘用合同：8月26日

备注：1.首批招聘校长、主任、骨干教师等高端职位。起止时间2013年5月20日至8月26日。

      2.优秀应届毕业生、游泳教练员及游泳救生员的招聘从2013年10月开始。
