Responsibilities:

You are responsible for all the manufacturing aspects in workshop, including directing and coordinating the daily operations, also delivering in team high quality products as per Europe parent company procedure and standard within a preset budget (or man hours) and schedule.

You plan, optimise, and manage all the resources covering personnel, materials, works in progress and finished components. You need to make manufacturing reports of all different products, with the comparison and analysis of the hours performed, materials consumed and the quality achieved. You supervise, manage, and motivate the production team.

You need strive for continuous improvement of all the manufacturing activities to reduce costs while increasing operational efficiency.

You are also responsible to keep the workshop clean, and the workers well disciplined.

The successful applicant shall possess:

- Well-known university, major in mechanical manufacturing

- Bachelor degree or above

- CET6

- More than one year mechanic manufacturing and assembly experiences

- Good team player

- Be good at Office software
