1、Responsible for the optimization of the process of plastic product, solve the problem occured during the production efficiently.
负责塑胶产品生产流程优化，有效解决生产中出现的质量问题；
2、Make the Preventive Maintenance Plan for molding machines, keep the equipment running smoothly.
制定注塑机的定期保养、维护计划，保证设备的正常运行；
3、Attend the equipment management on floor, offer the technical support for the production.
参与车间注塑设备管理，为生产提供设备技术支持；
4、Responsible for the molding machine improvement project, focus on the efficiency improvement.
负责注塑设备改进项目与机器效率提升；
5、Responsible for capacity improvement and optimization, follow up the new molding tool.
负责设备产能提升与优化，新模具试模效果跟进；
6、Responsible for the training of the technicians.
负责设备技术员的培训工作。
