职位描述

main responsibilities主要职责描述:
1. responsible f training planning , arrangement follow up, maintain training recd qualification matrix properly. 负责培训的计划,安排实施及更新培训记录和能力矩阵。
2. provide ientation f new employees.为新员工提供入职培训。
3. utilize ac system with hr module to ste training infmation create repts.利用账户系统hr模块来存储和更新培训信息,并创建报告。
4. management of personnel capacities.人员能力管理。
5. creating various cultural awareness activities by multi-channel, fm rich content employee activities ganization (athletic meeting, the family day, various party, annual dinners, physical exam etc). assist hr manager make planning conduct the employee activity. 建立各种文化宣传活动通过多渠道,形式和丰富的内容员工组织的活动(运动会,家庭日,各种派对,年会聚餐,体检等) 。协助人力资源经理做规划和进行员工活动。
6. enterprise culture boost企业文化的推动
7. employee relations maintenance ,assist hr manager to implement employees wk of humanistic care 员工关系维护,协助人力事经理实施人文关怀员工的工作。
8. codinate prepare statements f legal issues in relation to employees.协助准备与员工相关的法律问题文书。
9. prepare hr related document f company audit 为公司审核准备人事相关材料.
10. ganize the employee satisfaction survey make the rept f management team组织员工满意度调查并统计分析提供报告给管理团队
11. investigate resolve employee-related claims.调查解决员工投诉
12. obtain visas necessary travel documents f employees transferring to the china from other locations within swoboda-group 为集团内其他地区人员访华准备签证及其他必要的材料
13. manage on-boarding program f transfer tempary employees from germany other ries 管理德国和其他国家调动人员及临时工作人员的入职工作
14. wk in compliance with the occupational health safety act regulations ensure that all employees are in compliance.遵守职业健康和安全条例和法规。
15. suppt management in environmental, safety health issues支持管理环境、安全与健康问题

experience经验:
1、maj in english, administration, hr relevant, bachel degree 英文,行政管理或人事管理相关专业大学学历
2、3 year wking experience in hr department, multinational company 三年以上人事管理经验,跨国公司
4、have comment knowledge about labour law, labour contract law other relevant regulations. 熟悉劳动法,劳动合同法及人事相关法律法规
5、strong ganization, codination ability, can ganize the large-scale activities independently 组织能力强,协调能力强
6、service iented wking style. open-minded。服务意识,心胸开阔
7、microsoft office skills must, other hris system experience is preferred熟练使用excel,使用过人事管理软件优先

english business writing a. speaking cet6英文六级,商务写作及口语
