The key tasks are as following: 主要工作如下
？Sales Order Handling销售订单处理
？Receive, plan and confirm sales orders according to the material availability and capacity load
依据材料的可用性和容量负荷接收，计划和确认销售订单
？Handle customer inquiry and order changes处理客户选型和订单调整
？Manage the delivery schedule according to the confirmed delivery date and coordinating the shipment
依据确认的交期制定交期计划和协调物流
？Communicate customer demand and factory load沟通客户需求和工厂负荷
？Shipping 发货处理
？Manage the shipping activities including export and import and other related issues, such as instance
apply for certificate of original, etc.处理进出口相关事宜，包括产地证等的申请。

Competencies, experience and attitudes to do the job: 职位技能要求

？Engineering or mechanical background is preferred工程或机械相关背景尤佳
？Experience in order handling and import & export are must具有订单处理经验和进出口工作经验
？Experience in ERP is a preferred具有ERP系统经验尤佳
？Good at the Microsoft Office software - Excel, Word, Powderpoint and so on.
擅长Microsoft 办公软件运用，例如Excel, Word, Powderpoint.
？Good at communication良好的沟通能力
？Good at written English, oral is plus良好的书面英文表达能力，口语佳者尤佳。
？Strong sense of responsibility and customer orientation强烈的责任感和以客户为导向
？With the spirit of teamwork and initiative具有团队合作精神和主动性
