主要职责：
- 帮国外的买家寻找国内紧固件供应商
- 询价，需要对报价进行评估和协商
- 寻找高质量和可靠的能提供有竞争力的价格和质量的供应商
- 协商和签订合同
- 管理供应商
应聘资格：
- 本科及以上学历， 机械工程或相关的专业优先
- 在紧固件采购至少有4年的工作经验或者4年以上的外资企业SQE工作经验
- 良好的的分析技能和处理问题的能力
-善于沟通，具有同时处理多个任务和在高压下工作的能力
-具有丰富的业务流程知识，成熟、友善的性格和专业的工作态度及责任感
- 熟练的英文说和写的能力

Main Responsibility:
-Find the local suppliers for oversea buyer
- Request for quotations, evaluations and negotiations of quotations
-Identify high quality and reliable suppliers which offer an overwhelming price- / quality ration.
- Negotiate and agree the supplier contracts
- Manage the supplier
- Ensure the successful of project both in economical and technical aspect
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering or Business / Trade or related discipline is preferred.
- At least 4 years working experience in purchasing fasten parts or SQC experience in foreign invested company.
- High motivation and result orientation
- Good Knowledge of supplier audit and evaluation
- Excellent analytical skills and problem solving capabilities
- Good communication skills, and ability to manage multi – tasks and work under pressure
- Good knowledge of business processes, mature/pleasant personality and professional working Attitude, with strong sense of responsibility
- Good English skills both in spoken and in written (a second language German will be preferred)
