Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for Local Government Relations:

- Handle all local governmental relationships (taxes / customs / etc.)

- Work with local Customs and SAFE on VAT refunds

2. Work directly with the operations team to analyze issues and offer solutions

3. Able to lead and drive and participate in cost improvement activities in the organization

4. Issue Invoices to customers and be responsible for managing domestic and international AR issues

5. Prepare daily cash reports, cash flow report as well as cash forecast for management reference

6. Be responsible for AP: performing bookkeeping and reconciliation with vendors

7. Handle receipts and payments made by cash or via bank system, and reconciling all the accounts with banks which under operation;

8. Conduct declaration and verification for transactions in foreign currency with relevant authorities, e.g. verification for payment for import, for receipts from oversea under export, non-occurrence transaction with SAFE;

9. Handle all banks or SAFE related affairs, e.g. Credit Letter, warranty letter issuance, tracing, etc. if any; annual review imposed by SAFE, etc.

10. Participate in and support Internal and External audits of the Finance System. Make suggestions for improvement.

11. Bookkeeping of receipts and payments

12. File documents related to imports

13. Vouchers and ledgers binding and filing

14. Any other tasks assigned by Finance Manager

Job Requirements:

Education: University degree with a major in Financial or Accounting

Working Experience: Minimum of 2 years working experience in financial or accounting

Necessary Competency Requirement:

Solid knowledge in foreign currency regulation
Familiar with banking system

Proven accounting knowledge

Good English skills (CET-6) – especially in reading and writing

Working knowledge of computer accounting systems

Taxable officer, annual accounting education

CPA training

Others:

Honest, integrity and good team work

Able to work under pressure
