1. General Position Summary:
? Consummate and maintenance compensation and benefit system to ensure its fully in line with the C&B strategy (compensation structure & rewarding system);
? Carry out compensation & benefits duties & function i.e. payroll, salary review & etc;
? Coordinate related welfare activities and conduct events for all staff;
? Collect and analysis updated legal regulations and government policies to ensure compensation & benefit programs meet local government and legal regulations;
? Be responsible for compensation & benefit program，job evaluation benchmarking survey & etc;
? Be responsible for recruiting and manage the cooperation with labor agency
? Develop and upgrade Human Resources policies & procedures pertinent.

2. Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:
? Maintain employee data and HR system
? Process payroll in an accurate and timely manner and prepare payroll reports;
? Answer questions relating to payroll, benefit, insurance and labor regulation;.
? Prepare reports as requested by management;
? Interface with local authorities and keep documents in file
? Be responsible for HR administrations including transportation, employee uniform distribution, management of employee locker and maintain employee personnel files;
? Maintain a good relationship with the related government units and labor service company;
? Develop recruiting channels to improve recruiting efficiency
? Check market condition of C& B and talent pool condition
? Asst HR manager for organizing any activities
