职位描述
Job Tasks:
1.Set out annual marketing plan according to company's marketing strategies;
2.Collect information of domestic and international related industry policy, competitors and customers,etc;in order to analyze marketing trend.At fixed periods,provide information to relevant departments,like sales situation,cost control and Accounts receivable.so that can support company to make significant decisions;
3.Set out working plan and budget of sales department according to annual sales targets,then perform.According to characteristics of sales area,set out marketing promotion plans.Carry out marketing research and marketing promotion.
4.Work out customers' demand forecasting in sales area,and apply for pre-production,also in charge of after-sales service;
5.Participate in marketing promotion of new products,and organize working plan to sell new products;
6.Responsible for internal management of sales department,like in charge of staff structure development,personnel assignment,training and assessment,etc.
7.Support in expanding the sales network of company
8.Other assignments from GM.
Job Qualifications:
1.Junior college education background of technical engineer for machanical;
2.At least 3 years' working experience of technical sales,especially in safety valves in similar field;
3.Know how to sales in China,experience with Chinese customers;
4.Fluent oral English and German will be better;
5.Willing to travel in China;
6.Motivation to build a new customer structure;
7.Team player and customer-friendly.
