Responsibilities - Tasks / 责任及任务 :
- He leads and controls all schedule for mould maintenance.
模具维护计划的领导实施和控制
- He leads and controls all schedule for machining work (fixture, repair, production need).
模具加工计划的领导实施和控制（治具制作、模具维修、生产需求）
- He is responsible all mould and exchangeable inserts are up to date (use for production).
负责所有模具及可更换镶件（用于生产）的更新
- He is responsible for recording all information and data (repair / inspection / maintenance check list).
负责所有模具信息和数据的记录（维修/检验/养护检查单）
- He analyzes the moulds after production and reports to Toolling Engineering Manager.
对完成生产后的模具进行分析并向模具工程经理汇报
- He analyzes the moulds after incoming and reports to Toolling Engineering Manager.
对进厂模具进行分析并向模具工程经理汇报
- He has to attend the morning meeting and report to Tooling Engineering Manager.
参加早会并向模具工程经理汇报
- He has to build up a material and tool data base.
建立模具材料和工具数据库
- He is responsible of all spare parts (out going, in coming, request for purchasing).
负责所有备件事宜（配件进出库、采购申请）
- He is responsible all equipment is in best condition.
确保所有设备状态良好
- He is responsible Tooling Workshop is tidy and organized (5S).
保持模具车间整洁有序（5S）

- He leads his employees goal and team oriented.

- Execution of the employment and dismissal conversations.
- 员工聘用及解聘方面的处理
- He fixes the qualification profiles of his employees.

- He makes regular employee assessments and sets the training schedules.
- 对员工进行定期绩效评估，制定培训计划

- At least 3 years mould making and maintenance experience and strong ability to follow schedules
promptly.
3 年以上模具制造和维修经验，具有很强的进度跟进能力
- Knowledge in several units such as 还应具备以下能力:
- Mould repair and maintenance (relevant standard parts, hot runner systems, material,
heat treatment).
模具维修养护（相关的标准件、热流道系统、模具材料、热处理）
- Machining (grinding, leatheling, milling and banch work.
模具加工（打磨、皮纹处理、铣床和钳工）
- Basic computer skills (words, excel, power point aso.)
基本的电脑操作能力（words, excel, power point 等）
- Ability and willingness to work in teams as well as independently and self motivated
具有团队合作能力和意识，能独立完成任务，不断自我激励
- Open minded and flexible.
