- He specifys new moulds supervised by Tooling Engineering Manager.
在模具工程部经理的指导下确定新模具要求说明
- He contacts the tool maker and request for quotation and places order supervised by Tooling
Engineering Manager.
在模具工程部经理的领导下完成向模具供应商询价、下订单工作
- He makes analysis of quotes (price comparison / competitive comparison) supervised by Tooling Engineer
Manager.
在模具工程部经理的领导下进行报价分析（价格对比/有竞争力的对比）
- He is controling new projects with our tool maker (leading time, costs, quality etc.) from the very beginning
up to the final release.
对新项目从开始到最终确认进行全程控制（生产周期、成本、质量等）
- He makes analysis of mould layout supervised by Tooling Engineer Manager.
在模具工程部经理的领导下对模具设计进行分析
- He reports to the tool maker about optimization and changes during the whole leading time.
在模具生产周期内，将模具优化和修改要求传达给供应商
- He makes approval of moulds made by external tool makers supervised by
Tooling Engineering Manager.
在模具工程部经理的领导下确认模具供应商外发本公司模具
- Establishing and maintaining a network and database of qualified and classified partners/suppliers for
moulds in the local area (Shanghai, Suzhou, Jiaxing etc.).
建立和维护周边地区（上海、苏州、嘉兴等）模具供应商/合作伙伴网络以及数据资料库

- He leads his employees goal and team oriented.

- Execution of the employment and dismissal conversations.

- He fixes the qualification profiles of his employees.

- He makes regular employee assessments and sets the training schedules.

Special Responsibilities / 特别责任 :

Job Requirements / 工作要求 :
- Basic knowledge in plastic injection moulding (processing / production).
注塑行业基本知识（工艺/生产）
- Technical knowledge for plastic injection moulding
(specification, design, tool making, sampling).
注塑技术背景（模具技术要求、设计、制造、试模）
- Experience and skills in project management.
项目管理的经验的技能
- English (spoken/written), Mandarin Chinese
英语说写能力
- Technical negotiation skills.
