Proactively drive initiatives to develop potential suppliers to meet Sourcing objectives
积极主动地开发潜在供应商以满足sourcing的目标
Responsible for collecting all information from potential suppliers, and sourcing service and analysis, assist s procurement team to finish daily works
负责潜在供应商开发的基本信息的收集，及sourcing服务和分析工作，并协助Procurement团队完成日常工作
Work with Procurement team to negotiate with vendors in terms of price, availability, delivery, payment, after service, etc.
和Procurement团队一起跟供应商在产品价格、有效期、交货时间及售后服务等方面进行协商
Reviews vendor quotations and negotiates contracts within budgetary limitations and scope of authority. Prepares and follows up purchase orders
在权限及预算范围内比较供应商的报价及采购合同；负责合同评审、订单处理及跟踪
Purchases needed parts and assistant production equipment from qualified suppliers
从合格供应商处采购生产所必需的零部件及生产所需的辅助设备等
MRO supplier management MRO的供应商管理
Oversees the delivery performance of vendors. 监控供应商的交付绩效
Discusses defective goods or services with corresponding personnel, department and take corrective actions 遇到不良品或劣质服务时，与相关部门取得联系并采取措施予以纠正
Other tasks assigned by supervisor其它由主管安排的任务


Job Requirements:

Education, Training,
Experience:
教育、培训和经验： Bachelor or above 本科以上学历
6年以上机械,汽车或船舶行业相关工作经验6-year related working experience or above in mechanical, automotive or ship building industry
5年以上供应商开发和管理经验 5-years supplier development and management experience.
Rich supplier quality management experience is a must. 必须具有丰富的供应商质量管理的经验
Preferable to ERP experience 有接触过ERP系统经验者优先
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:
资历证书： Educational Certificate 学历证书
CPM and CPSM Preferred 持有CPM和CPSM证书的优先
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
知识、技巧和能力：
Proficient of using MS OFFICE 熟练使用办公自动化软件
Familiar with purchasing process了解采购流程
Basic knowledge of quality system and supplier audit skills质量体系基本常识以及供应商审核技能
Logical thinking, careful and reliable逻辑思维,细致,认真,可靠
Excellent communication skill and interpersonal 出色的沟通技巧和人际关系
Willing to work under heavy pressure and frequent travel 愿意承担工作压力并经常出差
