1、 Define and validate the product manufacturing process flowchart
1、定义和验证产品的制造过程流程图
2、 Lead project development team
2、带领项目开发团队
3、 Organize and lead project kick-off meeting and review meetings
3、组织和领导项目启动会议和审查会议
4、 Prepare, follow up and communicate the Master Planning and the Mould manufacturing planning to customer
4、准备，跟进和沟通的总体规划和模具制造计划的客户
5、 Analyze final product quality and functional specifications with project team
5、分析最终产品的质量和项目团队的功能规格
6、 Submit design feasibility reviews to customer
6、提交设计可行性审查客户
7、 Validate mould drawings and submit them to customer
7、验证模具图纸并提交给客户
8、 Define product assembly methods with project team, validate the SOP.
8、定义产品的装配方法与项目团队，验证SOP。
9、 Establish a list of production equipment and tools with project team and validate.

10、 Define final product Packaging SOP with methods engineer and validate

11、 Lead engineering run; coordinate, manage the whole project and communicate corrective action plan to customer
