职位描述
Purpose of job :
1. Generally skilled technician with experience from plastic processing (ideally injection moulding, but might be also blow moulding, welding, etc.).
2. Must have good knowledge of plastic materials and its specific characteristics and behaviors under various circumstances in production (pressures, teperatures, etc.).
3. Is defining operation process steps, technological norms and is able to create supporting documentation.
4. Technicaly enabling work stations and production lines to produce product in demanded quality and quantity.
5. Lead and train setters, provide help and support with more diffcult setups and repairs.
6. Good knowledge of machinery, provide specification and technical quidence to technical purchase (tools, dyes,..)

Qualification, knowledge :
1. English, intermediate
2. MS office
3. SAP R3 (good to have)
4. Min. 3 years of experience with plastics processing
5. Good orientation in technical drawings and technical specifications

3. Good analytical thinking to find root cause of defective process
