职位描述

Client Information:
Our client is a family owned European company with 5000 employees world-wide and production
locations in Europe and China. It provides its customers with the tradition of reliability as a supplier
of wiring harness components. Due to strong expansion in China, the company is now looking for a
Sales Director to coordinate the sales of three plants in China and grow the customer base in
China.
Objective of the position:
? Coordinating and managing the sales for 3 plants in China with a sales team of 10 people and
growing;
? Perform market analysis and develop + implement appropriate customer strategies;
? Seek business potentials to grow the business with focus on West China;
? Developing and implementing cost structure and pricing;
? Do the coordination across functions and regions for business growth;
? Establish good relationship with existing and potential customers
Job responsibilities:
? Analyze market tendencies and request.
? Evaluate new business and new range of application.
? Create, maintain and improve the relationships with customers.
? Contact new possible customers
? Evaluate the correspondence of the order with the data regarding offer.
? Put into the management systems the sales order and sales forecast.
? Verify the respective data specified in the order, in case of the order within group.
? Re-examine offer requests and received orders.
? Manage the file of orders.
? Attend to elaboration of the estimates Attend to the collection of payment from customers.
? Organize advertisement, visit and participate in the trade fairs.
? Collect information necessary to learn about the customers’ satisfaction.
? Manage the archives of offers and orders of customers.
? Cooperate with the Quality department for the results of the customer’s satisfaction.
? Cooperate with the General Manager (GM) to organize the structure of Commercial Department.
? Cooperate with the Human Resources Manager (HRM) to recruit new employee.
? Verify day by day the performances of the people of the Commercial Department.
? Verify the expenses of commercial department in base of the year expenses budget.
? Investigate on the activities of competitors or new possible competitors.
? Provide to the General Manager weekly report of the progress of the market.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Knowledge and Experience
? University degree, preferably in technical discipline
? At least 10 years of sales experience and 5 years proven sales management experience in
multinational environment, preferably in automotive industry
? Having a good track record of business growth by developing business in China
? Excellent English language level required
? Experience in sales strategy planning and budgeting.
? Ability to identify market opportunities quickly and follow up on them effectively
? Experience in direct sales and big customer account management.
? Proven excellent problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
? Excellent team-building experience, team management ability, good at marketing team for the
coordination of work;
