Roles & Responsibilities：
1. Participate in new project development, responsible for new process, equipment, fixture and tooling design and qualification
参与新项目开发，负责新工艺、设备、治具和模具的设计和验证
2. Prepare PPAP documentation for new project, Flow Chart/PFMA and other relative documentations.
新项目PPAP文件制作，工艺流程、过程失效模式分析和相关文件
3. Responsible for mechanical assembly process. Support production line to do trouble shooting on process issues. Continuously optimize assembly process through SPC, data analysis etc.
负责组装工艺，解决生产线工艺问题。通过SPC数据分析持续优化生产工艺
4. Renovation and modification on current process and tooling fixture to meet production requirement.
对现有生产工艺、治具进行改进以满足生产需求
5. Poka-Yoke & error-proofing design and implementation
防错设计和实施
6. Assist quality department to analyze and resolve the quality issue and customer complain
协助质量部门分析解决质量问题和客户抱怨
7. Participate in lean production implementation
参与精益生产推行
8. Other tasks that supervisors arranged 主管安排的其他工作

Qualifications：
1. Bachelor degree, major in Mechanical engineering.
2. 5+years experience in mechanical assembly industries，equipment manufacturing or Auto industry experience is plus."
3. Knowledge on Programmable Logical Controller (PLC).
4. Familiar with automation technology etc.
5. Very good communication skills internally and externally
6. Good command of speaking and writing English
7. Excellent computer skills
