Job Description:

1.Responsible for setup and optimization of PIM process and supervising to ensure PIM production stability and high quality level.

2.Responsible for PIM daily production arrangement and process supervising responsible according to production plan and quality standards.

3.Maintain of molding equipments and accessorial devices. Planning of maintenance spare parts.

4.Monitoring of daily production operation according to PCN PD and related guide lines and procedures and daily report responsible.

5.Member of project and support project team for any related duties as production trial run, technical issues analysis 、training and reporting etc…

6.Be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other any duties as designated by supervisor

Requirement:

1.Above 5 years working experience in plastic injection moulding process and process set-up availability.

五年以上的注塑行业的工作经验和具备注塑工艺参数的独立定义能力，具备汽车行业功能件的镶件注塑经验将优先考虑。

2.Above college degree major in mechanical or automation or related industries.

大专以上学历，专业：工程机械（如模具制造，机电一体，自动化等）。

3.Be familiar with Engle molding machine operation, process set up and maintenance available.

熟悉Engle注塑机的操作，保养和工艺参数分析，定义等将优先考虑。

4.Be familiar with injection PIM tool structure and tool assembly, knowledge of tool maintenance.

通晓注塑模具的结构，装配，和保养。

5.Working independently for trouble shooting，and has team work spirit.

在镶件注塑方面独挡一面，具备问题分析和解决能力。具备团队合作精神。

6.English skills both in oral and writing and communication ability with foreigner.

能够用英语和国外专家进行注塑方面进行沟通。

7.Experience in computer using by tool of Microsoft office.

能够独立使用Microsoft Word和excel制作注塑工艺参数表和注塑作业指导书

8.Be familiar with assembly and automation knowledge.

了解装配工艺过程和自动化方面的知识将优先考虑。
