职位描述
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for manufacture methods and processes.
2. Performs observation and time studies. Will create time study data and engineered standard data files for estimating and Scala.
3. Analyze workplace layout and determines efficient material flow and manufacturing cells.
4. Responsible for maintaining industrial documentation, such as routings, work place layout, standard data files.
5. Will analyze processes and make recommendations and justification of capital assets to improve efficiency and profitability.
6. Will assist in implementing new products, including requisite tools (tooling), layout design and line balancing.
7. Count production capability, man power and production efficiency. Improve the efficiency.
8. Initiative continuous improvement activities to achieve Quality, Cost, Delivery and Manufacture Lead Time target
9. Will assist in developing process of understanding plant capacity and bottleneck recognition and resolution.
10. Lead and coordinate production layout design, optimization and movement
11. Ensure stability & reliable of production process.
12. OEE improvement
13. Assist in, control, monitor and improve the production Kanban system regularly in term of raw material, semi-finished goods and finished goods area
14. Draft production process card, flowchart and material list.
15. Helping solving the progress problem
QUALIFICATION:
* Education: Bachelor majoring in Industrial Engineering or Mechanics & Electric,
* Vocational Qualifications:
- Experienced in industrial engineering
- Good communication skill and coordination capability
- English writing and Reading, Be able to communicate in English
- Strong computer skills. Experienced in the use of office.
- Familiar with Auto CAD
- Be familiar with the High Mix - Low Volume manufacturing progress
- Experienced in 6 Sigma & Lean manufacturing is preferred.
- Depend working ability and good coordinate ability
- Requires maturity and experience to interface with all levels of factory management and data processing personnel.
