*处理客户的订单

*负责给德国工厂下订单

*安排货代，准确及时的发货

*组织公司的市场活动，如展会安排，样本制作等

*收集，整理销售数据

*协助销售总监准备销售报告

*协助销售总监及其团队的日常运行事务

*其它分派的任务

要求经验和技能

*本科学历

*2年以上相关工作经验

*熟练使用Office和ERP系统

*良好的英文能力

*个性开朗，善于团队合作

Job Description - Sales / Marketing Assistant

*Responsible for purchase order getting from customers

*Put purchasing order to overseas vendors

*Cooperate with forwarder to arrange the shipping from oversea vendors

*Organize marketing issues, e.g. exhibition arrangement, catalog edition etc.

*Collect and maintain sales database

*Support sales director to prepare sales report

*Assist sales director and sales team in all administrative and organizational matters

*Other tasks which are assigned by supervisors

Required Experience / Skills

*College degree, preferable in International trade, Logistics, or marketing

*Over 2 years related working experience

*Strong application skills in Microsoft Office software and ERP system

*Good written and verbal English skills

*Strong communication skills. Self-motivated and strong team work spirit
