一、岗位职责 responsibility
1.和西班牙总公司工程师进行技术交流,参与新产品的开发,负责新产品报价
to communicate with engineers from Spanish parent company about technology,join new product development,be responsible for quotations
2.与顾客沟通，及时更新顾客工程变更信息，并落实对策
to communicate with the customers, update drawings and take corrective actions according to customer's requirements.
3.新产品零件样品试制工作，确保工艺文件的可操作性
trial-manufacture of new product,to make sure the technology can be used for the production.
4.负责工艺设计,精通组装和焊接工艺,尤其是机器人焊接工艺
to design processing, skilled in assembly and welding,especially robot welding.
5.做好批生产产品的现场技术服务工作，及时处理生产现场的质量问题，并落实对策
during mass production, provide technology service on site, solve the quality problem from the production site
6. 根据顾客要求和ISO质量体系要求,完成各类工艺技术文件资料的编制工作
according to the requirements from the customers and ISO, make all kinds of processing technology documents.
7.在现场对新进员工进行必要的工艺操作培训
training for the new workers
8.基于5S和精益原理优化工艺，缩短工时，提升质量
to make better process based on 5S and lean principles, to reduce labor hours and improve quality
9.工装设计工作，并与供应商交流完成制作及调试,设备夹具的维修保养
to design processing and tooling, and contact with the suppliers for making tooling and its testing,corrective and preventive maintenance for machine and toolings
二、岗位要求 requirements
1.能熟练使用常用的二维/三维工程设计软件,进行设计工作
skilled in using 2D/3D project software to design
2.能按要求编制各种工艺技术文件
make different kinds of process technology documents according to the production requirement
3.能够阅读本职工作中的英文技术资料, 工作中能用英语进行口头和书面交流
be capable of reading English technology documents related to engineering,be good at English speaking and writing.
