Job Summary:
Responsible for all technical issues relating to project transfer, production line commissioning, mass production. Provide technical support to improve quality and production utilization and efficiency.


Responsibilities Include:
1. Get knowledge of the new product. Know about the mechancial parts and commercial parts as well as the production machines and tools.
2. Transfer the product production technically.
3. Keep good communication with Europe about product, technology etc.
4. Support to set up BOM list in ERP system, maintain the technical files about drawings, specifications.
5. ECN process control to guarantee the right drawing and technical informations.
6. Prepare the technical documents for production such as drawings, working instructions.
7. Train the workshop people to start the prototype.
8. Process control and continuously improvements on it.
9. Together with quality department to improve the quality by engineering solutions.
10. Together with production department to improve the productivities by eangineering measures.

Position Requirements：
1. Male prefer, and Bacholar degree in relevant industry profession.
2. Above 7 years experience in electromechancial, engineering or designing field.
3. Or college education with above 10+ working experience in engineering industry.
4. Good oral english for technical communication.
5. Good ability in CAD/3D drawing reading and drawing.
6. Proven track on product transfer and transfer project management.
7. Knowledge about casting, welding, coating, machining and sheet metal manufacturing process.
8. Excellent experience in electromechanical assembly with media volume.
9. Good experience in production introduction and process set up for workshop
10. Travelling is required for training during the manufacturing set up.
11. Expected to do on hands work or actual assembly especially at start phase of production.
