ⅰresponsibilities
1. WELDING AREA:
trainer for the welders. This means that the engeniering must know about welding programation and processes.
Preventive and corrective control and checking management of the welding robot ( together with welder)
Preventive and corrective control and checking management of the welding toolings ( together with welder)
2. OFFERS:
study customers drawings. Analize the measurements and requirements. Possible design improvements.
Launch the raw material and component list to purchasing department for quotation requirement.
with purchasing department check the different options and choose one. Calculate estimated production times.
Add the whole information and issue and excel file for implement the cost breakdown
Keep contact with the customer for doubts, problems, improvements, … .
Keep contact with basque country engeniering department for problems solution, improvements, … .
3. PROJECTS:
with the logistic depatment study the production line and lay out in the factory.
teach the worker the process for the article.
implement all the processs instructions in the production lines
make sure that the cost breakdown match with the real cost.
tooling design and production following. Samples homologation with quality department.
implement the serial production process in the lines.
4.PRODUCTION PROCESS:
search for process improvements / production time reduction and make propositions for implement.
Preventive and corrective control and checking management of the comapany machinery ( together with warehousekeeper)
Preventive and corrective control and checking management of the company toolings ( together with warehousekeeper)
management of the skill of the workers: training, recors, … .
ⅱrequirements:
1.be capable of reading English technology documents related to engineering
2.skilled in using 2D/3D project software to design
3. make different kinds of process technology documents according to the production requirement
