职位描述
Responsibility:
1. Conduct day-to-day procurement on direct and indirect material for the factory;
2. Release P.O. to suppliers (domestic & oversea) on time; make sure goods delivery on time, goods receipt and custom declaration on time;
3. Monitor supplier delivery performance on daily basis, send out backlog report and follow up with supplier for open P.O. status effectively;
4. Supplier identification, selection and management (for indirect material or service);
5. Attend active cost reduction programs and negotiate with supplier for price, T&Cs when necessary;
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams such as PMC, Production, Engineering, etc for purchase requirement, production plan change and inventory control target;
7. Coordinate with Finance to make order payment to supplier smoothly;
8. Assist the manager to optimize supplier pool, manage supplier’s performance and relationship in long term efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above with major in Business/Commerce or Engineering;
- 3+ years of buyer or purchasing experience;
- Familiar with ERP system, SAP experience is a plus;
- Fluent English speaking, reading and writing;
- Self-motivated and excellent teamwork;
- Good communication skill.
