职位描述：
Main responsibilities主要职责:

1.Cooperation with peers and project team members
与同事及项目团队成员合作.
2.Finds new potential suppliers capable of supporting Swoboda quality and cost objectives
寻找新的符合Swoboda 质量和成本目标的供应商
3.Create and maintain vendor master in SAP and purchasing price list.
创建和维护供应商主SAP和购进价格列表
4.Negotiate price, delivery, logistics，payment terms with suppliers to meet target cost
协商供应商价格，交期，运输及付款等，使其满足公司目标
5.Make sure all purchasing order delivered on time.meet production request timely.
确保订单及时交货，满足生产需求
6.Support suppliers in payments 完成供应商支付相关流程。
7.Performs other duties and assignments as required.
按时完成部门领导交办的其它相关工作

Experience经验

1. Bachelor degree 大学毕业
2. Minimum 3 years in comparable position in a FOE purchasing experiences, Automotive experience is not a must but would be beneficial
至少有3年外资公司采购的经验，有汽车行业背景优先
3. English level at a working language level is a must (written and spoken).
良好的英语能力（读写及写作）
4.Deep negotiation and analytical skills;
极好的谈判技巧和分析能力
5.ERP system experience, SAP preferred
具有ERP系统经验，有 SAP经验更佳
6.Good teamwork spirit
