岗位职责

1、完成生产目标；

2、加强生产管理，人员管理，跟踪生产进度（包括：产量、质量、效率）, 不断提高生产管理水平和生产效益；

3、生产设备的设置，产线人员的合理化安排与调整；

4、做好公司各项制度的传达及与员工的沟通，及时有效地贯彻执行公司和部门的各项规章制度。



任职资格

1、高等专科学校或大学毕业；

2、两年以上的管理经验；

3、组织能力强，沟通能力强，有一定的计划协调能力；

4、有一定的电脑操作能力。
