1. Set up the Project Organization， coordinate the Project Team make project communication internally and externally成立了项目组织，协调项目团队，完成项目内外部沟通
2. Develops project plan to determine time frame, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allocation of available resources to various phases of project. 开发项目计划确定的时间框架，完成项目程序，人员需求，以及可利用的资源分配到项目的各个阶段。
3. Defines statement of work together with customer. 与客户一起定义的工作表
4. Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project, and arranges for assignment of project personnel together with management. 建立项目的每个阶段的工作计划和人员配备，一起安排项目人员分配与管理
5. Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget. 指导和协调项目人员的活动，以确保项目的进展上日程，并在规定的预算内
6. Prepares project reports for management, customer, or others. 为管理团队，客户等人准备项目报告
7. Attends and conducts technical presentations and reviews at customer.出席和执行技术介绍和评论与客户一起

10. Comply with Environmental Management System Unit Leader or regulatory requirements, procedures and work instructions, and support recycling efforts遵守环境管理体系,程序和作业指导书的要求,并支持回收工作。
