Job Description岗位职责描述：
1、评审产品工艺可行性，编制模具技术要求，编制产品工艺卡，设计工装夹辅具audit the product process feasibility,preparation of the tooling technical requirements and product process card,design tooling, fixtures and assistive.
2、解决生产过程中出现的技术、质量问题，Solve the technology and quality problems in the production
3、编制产品物料清单和工艺路线，维护和更新产品物料系统preparation of the product list of materials and routings,maintain and update product material system
4、编制作业指导书及操作规程，配合车间完善生产工艺Preparation of work instructions and procedures,coordinate with workshop to improve the production process

Qualification岗位任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历、材料成型专业（铸造方向）College's degree, the material forming major (casting)
2、能够看懂英文资料UUnderstand the techinical documents in english

3、熟悉铸造工艺流程，能独立完成铸件的工艺设计及模具设计，熟练运用Solidworks、PRO/E等三维设计软件Familiar with the casting process,independent casting process design and tooling design, proficient in Solidworks, PROE 3D design softwares.
4、有铸造方面的工作经验 Have the working experience on casting
