职位描述
Gerneral ledger and AR accountant
Job descriptions:
-charge of the general ledger process: include input all the financial transactions in the Bann system, calculate and analysis ,finalize about result of the general ledger and check with tiral balance.
-allocate all the expenses for the cost center,and prepared the expenses report and analysis ..
-Caculate the dipreciation of fixed assets.
-charge for the revenue and billing request.
-charge of the account receivable and the aging analysis.
-Charge of the tax caculation ,declaration.
-Monthly report to the statistical bureau, help to prepare the detail of tagetik Report .and check payment information when pay out.
Requirements:
-Bachelor of Accounting & Finance Studies.
-3-5 years accountant experience especial in costing analysis in manufacturing industry and foreign-owned enterprise.
-Knowledge of MRP Systems
-Knowledge of SAP operation is preferred
-Fluent Oral and written English.
-Strong presentation skill and communication skill.
-Must have organizational skills, strong sense of responsibility, be a self starter, team player and an active istener.
-Must be able to interpret financial statements
-Excellent office software skills especially in Excel.
-Strong Ethics
