l Establish the manufacture and operation system to guarantee proper manufacture as well as the quality and cost control.

全面负责组织、建立生产运营体系确保正常生产及质量和成本控制;

l People management, involve to establish the people appraisal system and relative regulation

人员管理，参与企业考核体系以及各项制度流程的建立；

l Manage the daily operation of the factory and arrange the resource to achieve of the goal of the manufacture plan.

全面负责工厂的日常管理，安排资源以保证生产计划的目标实现;

l Continuously improve the operation to improve the productivity, quality and lower the cost.

持续改进，以提高生产效率、产品质量，降低生产成本;

l Recruit, supervise, manage and develop the employees in the factory.

负责公司各生产车间人员的招募，监督，管理及培养。

Position Requirement 岗位要求

l College degree and above

大学专科以上学历

l Experienced in all aspects of metal manufacturing; including sheet metal, wire and powder coating (no casting).

在金属加工全面的经验，对金属板，金属线和粉末涂层等方面的经验

l Minimum 5 years of factory management (above supervisor level) required.

5 年以上生产主管以上工作经验

l Good English in reading and speaking

良好的英文能力，口语良好
