Requirement:
1. Majored in Mechanical design or Tooling design. College degree or above.
2. At least 3 years working experience in Injection molding area.
3. Familiar with Tooling Drawing, DFM and Moldflow.
4. The capability to solve tool issue accurately in time in tooling trial.
5. Knowledge on Paint requirement and process.
6. Good communication skill.
7. Supplier management skill.
Job Description:
a) Cooperate with supplier to develop new tooling, Check tooling drawing, DFM and Moldflow, support supplier solve tool develop issue.
b) Track tooling develop schedule and make sure tooling can be finished in time.
c) Check supplier tooling try to ensure tool can work stably and process parameter is suitable.
d) Provide technical solution to tune tool or adjust the injection parameter.
e) Provide tool target price to purchasing and project.
