岗位职责：

· Plan and program the production and the stock for the following services: 为生产计划，生产排程及库存做好以下服务：

？ Participate and support the People Planification monthly meeting, Shipment Plans and weekly programs. 出席参与每月生产部人员需求会议，及每周的生产出货排程会议

？ Material rotation following up对原材料周转的跟进

？ Management of the stock related to new references 做好库存相关的管理为被新库存做好参考依据

？ Obsolete management 做好废品管理

· Review and manage the economical, technical and human resources of the department to satisfy customer orders; deliver on time with the requested quality. 审查公司的成本管理，为满足客户的生产订单需求，公司需在技术与人力上给予极大的支持来及时满足客户所需要的质量

· Look for new methods and technics that improve the Planning, Program, Warehouse and Buying areas., that assure the safety and quality standars. 采用新的方法及工艺来改善计划，排程，仓库及采购领域，来确保质量的安全标准

· Participate in the process of new references to assure the new RM and Manage the old stock and obsolete

· Leadership the department to motivate, train and evaluate all the team members领导部门并且做好部门的激励措施，做好团队成员的培训及评估工作

要求：

1. 5年以上相关工作经验，3年以上同等职位管理工作经验

2. 大专以上学历

3. 英语口语流利
