昆山招聘

1)中专以上学历，男性，从28岁到35岁，机电一体化或机械专业;必须有吹瓶经验。
2)2年以上注塑成型调试经验，3年以上吹瓶机调机经验。熟悉注塑模具结构(冷流道和热流道)、各种塑料特性、注塑机（Demag或KraussMaffel)的生产调试；
3)2年以上的现场管理,良好的沟通协调能力；有较强组织管理能力及注塑车间现场管理经验;
4)负责解决生产过程中的其它技术问题,能独立解决生产过程中的品质问题;
工作描述:
1)根据生产计划安排更换模具进行调试生产；，按时完成生产任务。
2)控制工艺参数，保证质量并与质量部门沟通解决产品质量问题,并采取预防措施;
