Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering .

-Content:
1.assess processes for their relevance, and assessing the adequacy of engineering equipment
2.review existing data to see if more research might be required
3.design, installation and commissioning of new production units, monitoring modifications and upgrades, and troubleshooting existing processes
4.conducting process development experiments to scale results under non-production conditions
5. prepare reports, flow diagrams and charts
6.assess the availability of raw materials
7.assess the safety and environmental impact of the production line or the equipment
8.manage cost and time constraints of projects
9.select, manage and work with sub-contractors
10.supporting the conversion of small-scale processes into commercially viable large-scale operations
11.assuming responsibility for risk assessment and mitigation
12.improve the efficiency, output and safety of production lines and equipment
13.ensure the process works at the optimum level, to the right rate and quality of output, in order to meet the customer demands
14.making observations and taking measurements directly, as well as collecting and interpreting data from the other technical, quality and operating staff involved
15.assume responsibility for monitoring and ongoing performance of processes and perform run&rate capacity study, including time studies
16.ensure that all aspects of an operation or process meet specified regulations
17.work closely with other specialists in our plant in Kunshan as well as specialists of the ETO Group, including but not limited to: quality engineers responsible for the quality control of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products; engineers responsible for maintenance; commercial colleagues on calculations and ; and the operating crew.
18.assume responsibility for product cost calculations
-Wok experience:
At least 3 years working experiences as process engineer.
